Voices in the Family presents Creativity: Life From the Inside Out, February 22

Is the concept of the mad artist a myth and can we divine something about the artist’s mental state through his or her work? What does our reaction to a painting say about our own internal life?

Explore the role of psychology in creativity through the lives of artists with Dr. Dan Gottlieb. He’ll look at Van Gogh’s struggle with mental illness and the emotional support that this legendary artist received from his brother.
