Join Penn Medicine for this special presentation by Dan Gottlieb, who will explain how we can reawaken our ability to experience joy and awe in the ordinary. Dan will share how his difficult life events—including personal failures, feelings of alienation, sexual abuse and a traumatic injury that resulted in his quadriplegia—gave him the opportunity to reconnect with emotions and live in the moment. Something we can all learn to do. Dan will also lead a guided meditation and there will be time for questions.
