I lecture on a variety of topics to organizations large and small. I also teach classes and seminars throughout the country, but the backbone of my practice is providing help for those who suffer, be it individual, couples or families.
When we are in conflict with a partner, parent or child, we suffer. If we are unhappy with our work or living with trauma, we suffer. If we have not lived up to our own expectations were live with a critical judge, we suffer. Whether you are an individual, couple or entire family, the work I do is about diminishing suffering. I employ mindfulness-based therapies including being awake and aware in the midst of pain, techniques for dealing with regret and remorse, interventions for living with life you have and how to help communicate with those you love.
