Performance anxiety can come from many different things for many different people. For some it’s the fear of getting up and speaking in public, for others it may be a student who becomes anxious to raise their hand in class, the athlete who gets nervous right before a game or for some it may be sexual performance anxiety. Whatever the case it can prevent & block us from enjoying an experience or participating.
