It’s that time of year again when many of us make New Years Resolutions! Will yours be to get healthy? Lose weight? Exercise? Get married? Get divorced? Make new friends? Let’s face it, the list could go on and on with endless possibilities.
Did you accomplish your last years new years resolutions? Tonight, New Years Eve, will cause many of us to reflect on the past and look towards the future. A new year can bring new, endless possibilities. We get a chance to wipe the slate clean and start a new. This got us thinking about New Years Resolutions. Are they good for us? Or does it set us up for failure? Can we actually be the idealized self we wish to be?
